Chicken or lamb cooked in aromatic spices with fresh onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and chick peas.

 

Biryani (mild, medium or hot)
Available in Chicken, Lamb, Prawn & Veg. A rice based dish, cooked with any of the above in basmati rice, topped with a omelette and served with a separate vegetable sauce.

 

Bhindi Ghost Lamb (medium)
Fresh okra cooked with freshly blended and ground spices. Served in a medium sauce with red peppers and onion. Garnished with garam masala.

 

Tawa Chicken (med-hot)
Strips of chicken tikka, cooked with onion and peppers, with a touch of garlic, ginger, and garam masala and garnished with coriander and ground
jeera (cumin).

 

Nawaabi Lamb (medium-hot)
Diced pieces of lamb cooked in chef’s special sauce. Cooked with fresh onions, tomato, garlic, ginger and bay leaf. Garnished with fresh coriander. A classic Pakistani dish.

 

Dahl Ghost (medium-hot) NEW
Tender pieces of mouth watering lamb cooked with lentils, coriander, tomatoes and coloured pepper. This is truly home style dish.

 

Karachi Chicken (medium-hot) NEW
A dry dish cooked with strips of marinated chicken tikka, with onion, coloured peppers, extra garlic, garam masala and pakistani spices to create a unique home made flavour.

 

Chum Chum (medium-hot) NEW
Available in Chicken or Lamb. A chef speciality, A truly mouth watering dish. Cooked with red onion, chef’s own grounded spices, garlic ginger and a touch of jeera (cumin.)

 

Calverton Special (hot)
Cooked with chicken tikka, lamb tikka, green chillies,hot spices, fresh garlic and ginger. Garnished with an omelette. Highly recommended by the chef.

 

Naga Bengal (hot)
Naga is initially a hot tropical chilli pickle, which has a very strong taste with a nice fragrance for those who like hot texture. Boneless Pieces of Chicken Cooked in capsicum, tomato and onions. A classic Bangladeshi dish.

 

Lahoori Kahri Chicken/Lamb (hot)
Named after a city in Pakistan, this is a classic Pakistani dish. Tender diced lamb cooked with onion, peppers, tomatoes and Pakistani herbs. Garnished with fresh coriander and garam masala.

 

Chennai Chicken (hot)
Strips of marinated chicken tikka cooked with fresh green chillies and the chef’s own hot ground spices. A beautiful hot and tasty dish garnished with fresh coriander and spring onions.

 

Chilli Paneer (hot) NEW
