Korma (mild)

A truly classic dish, cooked with fresh green chilli, onion, peppers, tomatoes, with rich spice and herbs to make it a highly flavoured dish.
 

Methi (hot)
A hot subtle flavour in a thick tasty sauce. This dish is cooked with methi leaves and Indian spice, giving it an oriental taste.
 

Pathia (hot)
A hot spicy dish cooked with hot Indian spice and herbs. Garnished with fresh onions, peppers, tomatoes and coriander.
 

Punjabi (very hot)
This dish is mainly cooked with green chilli and hot Indian herbs and spices.
